We expect many years of faithful residential performance from our timers, but in the event something should go wrong please take advantage of your "Unconditional Lifetime Warranty". 
*Please email us with your order number, current address and a description of the timer failure. We will send out your replacement free of charge, with free shipping in the USA. 

To Insert Included AAA Battery:
Place timer face down and flip/lift up the kickstand, then slide the battery cover in direction of arrow. Remove the plastic wrap on battery if one is present.

Magnet Decal:
There is a powerful magnet behind the horseshoe decal on the back. The decal  is an added protective barrier designed to prevent possible magnet scratching of appliances. There is no need to remove it.

Fast Forward Numbers: 
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds and the numbers will fast forward.

Countdown Memory: 
Countdown time stays in memory until it's reset to 0000 & new time is set.

To Clear Memory/Reset:
Press the 2 left buttons simultaneously to reset to time to 0000,

Timer Beeper TOO Loud:
Place piece of tape over beeper hole in back. The thicker the tape the more muffled the beep.

To Count Down: 
Reset timer to 0000, then enter a time and press the start button.

To Count Up: 
Press 2 left buttons simultaneously to reset to 0000, then press start button.

On/Off: 
Your timer will automatically turn off after 5 min of being idle. Press Start to turn on.

Hard To See Numbers:
Is first sign of a weak battery. Fresh battery can last many years depending on frequency of use..

Broken Kickstand:
Please email us for a free stand replacement. 

Timer Not Working:
Please try a GOOD fresh battery just in case, but if problem persists, email us for a free timer replacement.
